I will read books on student’s engagement 

1. Textbook readings on Classroom environment and management 

2. Classroom environment book study 

3. Attending webinar run specifically for classroom environment 

4. Other teacher’s classroom observation

Now write a 3000 words reflection on how all these activities have make your classroom environment a better place and highlight how it has reflected on making your students grades better and what impact it has on your own pedagogy.

Also reference all textbooks you read on classroom environment what was learned and how you put them into practice within your class and how that has change the way you run your class
