In this video, Richard DuFour who is at the heart of professional learning communities discusses the biggest barrier to professional learning communities – that of changing the long-standing traditions that persist in education. If your school has a professional learning community, can you concur with what DuFour is saying? Have you experienced other obstacles to the PLC in your building?
