Using the assignment instructions and the feedback provided to you, submit the final draft of your Annotated Bibliography (AB). The AB must be submitted via Word document and must follow APA formatting (Links to an external site.)

Sources This project must include no fewer than 6 courses and no more than 8 sources. Of these sources, FOUR must be scholarly resources (that is, the sources must be from peer-reviewed journals). All “non-scholarly” sources must be from reputable news agencies and/or conference proceedings (not blog posts, social media, etc.). All sources must be published within the past 5 years. The Project The Annotated Bibliography project will contain two parts: 1) A Graphic Organizer (two drafts) 2) A formal Annotated Bibliography (one draft) The Graphic Organizer is designed to help you organize, analyze, and summarize each of your sources. You will simply enter the information into the graphic organizer as you read each source. (If you will not include the source in your paper, don’t create an entry in the Graphic Organizer.) Follow the instructions in each box as you fill out the Graphic Organizer. Complete one Graphic Organizer template for each source. You will submit two drafts of the Graphic Organizer. The Annotated Bibliography is a prose (written) expansion of the entries in your Graphic Organizer. You can view a sample Annotated Bibliography here: https://guides.rasmussen.edu/ld.php?content_id=5835869 The purpose of the annotated bibliography is to summarize and assess sources, including scholarly sources. The AB serves as a record of your review of the research on the topic as well as information about its use in your studies. Using your notes from the Graphic Organizer, you will create a written entry for each source. Each entry will include: • Full APA Citation. • 12-point Times New Roman Font. • Double Spacing. • 2 to 4 sentences to summarize the main idea(s) of the source. o What are the main arguments? o What is the point of this book/article? o What topics are covered? • 2 to 4 sentences to assess and evaluate the source. o How does it compare with other sources in your bibliography? o Is this information reliable? How do you know? o Is the source objective or biased? How do you know? • 2 to 4 sentences to reflect on the source. o Was this source helpful to you? o How can you use this source for your research project? o Has it changed how you think about your topic? The final draft of the Annotated Bibliography document will include: • 6-8 entries (no more than 8; no fewer than 6). • At least FOUR sources must be academic (peer-reviewed journals). • Academic tone and language. • A cover page and reference page (both in APA 6th Edition format) • Page numbers (in APA 6th Edition format) • Running head (in APA 6th Edition format) Please note that the Annotated Bibliography (AB) sets the stage for the Current Issues Paper (CUP). In the CIP, students may ONLY use sources that have been included in the final draft of the AB. It is critical, then, that students begin seeking and evaluating sources at the beginning of the term.

****Critical Feedback**** THis feedback needs to b taken into account and added to this draft of the assignment.

Many of the articles provide a historical framework. Have you found any case studies regarding leadership and diversity? Any institutions closing the gaps? I would also look up articles surrounding equity and inclusion
