You will be writing an outline for my Final Paper

Remember an outline is not full paragraphs, but you must provide a preliminary introduction and conclusion so we can see that you are on the right track.  Those are the only places where paragraphs need to be.  

The outline must contain

A introduction with thesis statement

All learning objectives, with detail about how you plan to address each.  Please be sure to explain how you plan to suppport all key claims from expert sources.  Even though you are not writing full paragraphs but for the introduction and conclusion, the instructor still wants to get a sense of how you plan to cover each objective with course materials 

A conclusion.  The conclusion should restate the overall perspective offered in the paper, with a restatement of the thesis and the central points outlined in the paper.

A reference page containing 3 academic sources one will the text Bevan and Sole.

Here is an outline….

You will be writing a letter of advice for a couple or group of co-workers, using the three learning objectives already learned.  

1,  Introduction AND Thesis Statement

2.  Explain the principles of and barriers to effective interpersonal communications

     a.  Topic Sentence- Introducing your topic.  All other sentences should support this statement.

        b.  Support Evidence:  

        C.  Explanation of the central points from the article.  Avoid using quotes. Explain what you think the author means

         D.  Why does this matter generally? Why does this matter for your couple?

   2.  Analyze the role of communication in developing and maintaining one’s self-concept, self-image, and self-esteem.

         a.  Topic sentence

           b.  Supporting evidence

Please dont forget citations (Bevan &Sole, 2014 p.75)

           c.  Explanation of the central points from the article (s)

            d.  Why does this matter generally?  Why does this matter for your couple?

3.  Analyze the impact of gender and culture on interpersonal communications.

   A.  Topic Sentence

    B.  Supporting Evidence

     C.  Explanation of the central points from the article(s)

     D.  Why does this matter generally?  Why does this matter for your couple?

4.  Conclusion

Remember that an outline is not full paragraphs but in bullet forms.  The only paragraphs needed is the introduction and conclusion.
