Differentiated instruction is what makes it possible, but the important thing to remember is that it takes time to become skilled in the area of differentiation. Sousa and Tomlinson (2012) suggest starting small by selecting just one strategy that you may use consistently over the course of a marking period, for example, and utilizing your colleagues in helping to support your plans for creating a brain-friendly learning environment.
