Explain how you expect the interventions you developed to meet the needs of the student, incorporating his or her assessment results in your response. Explain how you will use your findings in your future professional practice.  Submit your intervention description and your reflection in a single document to your instructor.  APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.  This assignment uses a rubric.
