• Do you think businesses have an ethical obligation to support the needs of families? Consider issues families may encounter, such as doctor appointments, school conferences, and so on.  
• Do you feel that both men and women should be given the same amount of leave for the birth of a child? Why or why not? 
• Which ethical theories from your course readings (such as utilitarianism, the categorical imperative, and so on) best support your ideas and perspectives?

There is a lot of research regarding this tragedy, so be sure that you use additional (minimum of 2) external cited research from both the Challenger investigation and Project/Risk Management to support your considerations.

Locate a news article that depicts an ethical dilemma in the workplace. Possible examples may include the following:

• Employees facing backlash at work for social media posts
• A business discriminating against a customer
• An employer with controversial policies

You are encouraged to explore beyond this list of topics to find an issue or example that interests you. 

In your discussion, address the following:

• Summarize the article and situation.
• Relate the situation to at least 1 of the ethical theories from this course.
• Describe how you might handle the situation differently.
