yes, I want to apply concept with

organization: any social network that is defined by a common purpose and has boundary between its membership and the rest of the social world.

Organizational culture

Organiztional structiure

functionalism

I’m an ICC at the social jusctice project. ICC means Inter Club Council (ICC). ICCC as a club needs to represent the club every week to attend the Tuesday meeting. At the meeting, representatives of each club must sign in, and representatives of ICC need to report at the meeting the next activity plan of the club and asking for funding.

What is ICC?

ICC, or Inter Club Council, is the part of Student Government for Foothill Clubs. ICC helps clubs with the activation process, financial request approvals, and event approvals.

Social justice project has 4 members include me, and we focus on climate crisis( climate change), as every club meeting we need to discuss how to raise people’s awareness of this topic.( than I have no idea what I did)

ASFC ICC board agent: I’m also on Student government ICC board as an agent.

I need to help the vice president prepare for every Tuesday ’s meeting. I need to sort out the ICCboard files and make sure that every club ’s have a constitution and a proper signature.

Class concept that can apply:

Organizational culture

Organizational structure

functionalism

social integration

social regulation

Stratification : Equality of opportunity- the idea that everyone has n equal chance to achieve wealth, social prestige, and power because the rules of the game, so to speak, are the same for every one.

Equality of condition

Estate system: a politically based system of stratification characterized by limited social mobility

Class system

Functionalism, in social sciences, theory based on the premise that all aspects of a society—institutions, roles, norms, etc. —serve a purpose and that all are indispensable for the long-term survival of the society..

I think functionalism will apply to the work that i’ve done. Besides, we need two more concepts, Total 3 concepts to ananlize the organization and the work( this is the crucial part of the paper)
