The trainees who are legal administrative in this program can gain skills for completing the job tasks very comfortably. They can save, retrieve and access their data which is done throughout the day by using latest Microsfoft Office tools.
How does the Program fit into the bigger picture?
In the present world, it is essential to use comptuers and information technology tools for performing job tasks irrespective of the industry. Hence the legal law administrative assistants can serve their clients with newly gained MS-Office knowledge.

The office library had MS-Office textbooks, user guides along with latest computer magazines. The MS-Office software also had electronic copy of user guide under the help option.

Apart from traditional training the employees should be trained to use internet for any kind of queries so that they can overcome typing problem and can also know shortcuts for finding symbols. The handbooks for training program should be prepared in advance.

Everyday the trainees are given some taks so that they can complete by next day. However they can complete the exercise during the office hours on their official systems.
